November 14, 2006

A Resource and Regulatory Agency meeting was held on November 14, 2006 to discuss Concurrence Point No.2 - Alternatives Carried Forward for this project. Subsequent meetings were held on December 5, 2006 and January 9, 2007. Meeting minutes are posted below.

March 1, 2005

A Resource and Regulatory Agency meeting was held on March 1, 2005 to discuss the Purpose of and Need For Action document for this project. This meeting is referred to as Concurrence Point #1 in the NEPA/404 Merger Process and is attended by such agencies as the Federal Highway Administration, the Illinois Department of Transportation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other affected agencies.
